Property Buddy had the opportunity to be apart of something great over this past Thanksgiving Holiday, 2008. We were one of the many local businesses who donated their time and money on Thanksgiving Day to those less fortunate. "Giving Thanks", was held at Culvers in Island Lake, IL, sponsored by Island Lake Chamber of Commerce. Getting To Know Us

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Property Buddy Builders & Handyman Services. We are a family owned and operated business, who recently merged our company, Fawkes Builders of Island Lake, IL with Property Buddy Handyman Services of Lockport, IL.

Fawkes Builders began their business in February 2000 in Island Lake, IL., serving the Lake, McHenry and Cook County areas. Our superintendant/partner, Matt Fawkes has been in the construction and roofing industry for over 15 years with certification in all types of machinery, equipment, construction and roofing. He is specialized in all areas of construction and takes great pride in every job he completes. He will continue with the new company as the superintendant/partner and will remain in Island Lake offering the same quality services you can trust, but under a new name, "Property Buddy Builders & Handyman Services".

In changing the name we also added a partner, the owner of Property Buddy Handyman Services, Jeff Krouldis of Lockport IL. He's been doing business in the Cook County area since 2006 and is an excellent handyman himself.

We'd also like to welcome our newest partner, Jeff Brandau of Alsip, IL. Jeff has been very active in this company, a hard worker, been in the field for over 10 years and brings a high level of skill to the table. No matter what time of the day or how long it takes, he'll get the job time.

Together we have over 20 years experience in doing what it takes to get the job done, providing quality service, being active in our community and making a difference.
